Pharmacy Weight Loss Blairgowrie is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Blairgowrie and the surrounding UK. To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and consultation. It is a criminal offence to provide false information to obtain a prescription. By proceeding, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for dispensing through our pharmacy only, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is that confirmed at the point of purchase. You will not be charged for any order that is not approved and dispatched.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but may be subject to delays beyond our control, including carrier delays or exceptional circumstances.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery. We cannot be held liable for loss or damage resulting from an incorrect delivery address provided at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval without charge. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of prescription medicines.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to prescription medicines once dispensed. If your order is declined by our pharmacist, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days. Please contact us promptly if you have a concern about your order.
